The Mauian’s Partial Ocean View Studios offer private lanais with limited views to beautiful Napili Bay. The Mauian has a prime beachfront location, however, making every room just a few steps to the beach. Each Partial Ocean View Studio comfortably accommodates up to three people with a queen bed and hideaway sleeper bed.

• The Mauian is a small property and we strive to provide a serene and safe experience for all guests. It is our policy to charge $20.00 per additional person after 2 people at any age and not to exceed 4 in the room. Mahalo for your kokua (cooperation).
• In keeping with our peaceful ambiance, the Mauian does not have phones, stereos, or television sets in its guest rooms.
• In accordance with Hawaii state law, all rooms at the Mauian are non-smoking. Smoking may take place in designated outdoor areas on property.
• Room cooled by tradewinds and ceiling fans.
