Pool View Hotel Rooms provide all the comforts of our Studio units, without the complete kitchen facility. Each of our six Hotel Rooms are situated in the Garden Building with private lanais overlooking the pool and garden area, just steps to Napili Bay. These rooms accommodate up to four people and can be combined with adjoining Pool View Studios to create a large suite with full kitchen and two sleeping areas for a more spacious accommodation.

• The Mauian is a small property and we strive to provide a serene and safe experience for all guests. It is our policy to charge $20.00 per additional person after 2 people at any age and not to exceed 4 in the room. Mahalo for your kokua (cooperation).
• In keeping with our peaceful ambiance, the Mauian does not have phones, stereos, or television sets in its guest rooms.
• In accordance with Hawaii state law, all rooms at the Mauian are non-smoking. Smoking may take place in designated outdoor areas on property.
