Our six Ocean View Studios are situated towards the front of our oceanfront buildings, just steps from the beach. These Ocean View Studios offer lovely views and accommodate up to three people with a king bed and hideaway sleeper bed.

• The Mauian is a small property and we strive to provide a serene and safe experience for all guests. It is our policy to charge $20.00 per additional person after 2 people at any age and not to exceed 4 in the room. Mahalo for your kokua (cooperation).
• In keeping with our peaceful ambiance, the Mauian does not have phones, stereos, or television sets in its guest rooms.
• In accordance with Hawaii state law, all rooms at the Mauian are non-smoking. Smoking may take place in designated outdoor areas on property.
• Room cooled by tradewinds and ceiling fans.
