Pool View Studios are located in the Garden building near the pool, just a short walk to the beach. These units have private lanais that overlook the pool area and surrounding landscaped gardens. Pool View Studios can comfortably accommodate up to three people with a hideaway sleeper bed. These Studios can also be combined with adjoining Pool View Hotel Rooms to create a large suite, ideal for families or other guests who prefer extra space and the added privacy of a separate bedroom.

• The Mauian is a small property and we strive to provide a serene and safe experience for all guests. It is our policy to charge $20.00 per additional person after 2 people at any age and not to exceed 4 in the room. Mahalo for your kokua (cooperation).
• In keeping with our peaceful ambiance, the Mauian does not have phones, stereos, or television sets in its guest rooms.
• In accordance with Hawaii state law, all rooms at the Mauian are non-smoking. Smoking may take place in designated outdoor areas on property.
