Oceanfront Napili Condos

Our Napili condos are Pool View Studios that provide 350 square feet of comfortable living space and feature a pool/garden/partial ocean view from each unit's private lanai. These studios can be combined with adjoining Pool View Hotel Rooms to create a large suite-ideal for guests who prefer extra space and the added privacy of a separate bedroom. The Mauian's Garden Building is located adjacent to the pool and lawn area, but is still just steps to the Napili beach.

All Pool View Studios are elegantly appointed with:

• complete kitchen, equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils

• full-size refrigerator
• glass-ceramic stovetop
• convection oven
• granite countertops in kitchen and bath
• designer fixtures and cabinets
• tiled walk-in shower

• Tempur-Pedic king or queen bed with therapeutic pillows
• private lanai with table and chairs
• all new flooring and furnishings in 2008

All units have now been completely renovated.

In accordance with Hawaii state law, all rooms at the Mauian are non-smoking. Smoking may take place in designated outdoor areas on property.
