The Mauian's three two-story buildings, set amidst two acres of manicured lawn and fragrant plumeria trees, feature a total of 44 units. Most are 350-square-foot Napili Bay condos with fully-equipped kitchens and private lanais (patios). The Garden building also offers the option of six spacious Garden View hotel rooms.

The Mauian strives to provide guests with a peaceful Maui Hawaii hotel beach "hideaway," offering a relaxed island-style retreat with no unwanted disturbances; thus, the individual units do not have televisions, stereos, or phones.

In accordance with Hawaii state law, all rooms at the Mauian are non-smoking. Smoking may take place in designated outdoor areas on property.
