The Mauian's three two-story buildings, set amidst two acres of manicured lawn and fragrant plumeria trees, feature a total of 44 units. Most of our 350-square-foot Maui accommodations come with fully-equipped kitchens and private lanais (patios). The Garden building also offers the option of six spacious pool view hotel rooms.

The Mauian strives to provide guests with peaceful Napili hotel on Maui. Our secluded beach "hideaway," offers a relaxing island-style retreat with no unwanted disturbances. Thus, our Maui accommodations do not have televisions, stereos or phones.

In accordance with Hawaii state law, all rooms at the Mauian are non-smoking. Smoking may take place in designated outdoor areas on property.
